Just wanted to send an email mainly singing your praise!
You guys and the vet vault honestly are so so sooo good and I cannot think how many young (or old!) vets you have helped out already. I recommend your podcasts and clinical series to every vet I talk to!
The podcast/interview series is so good and I love how there is a good mix of professional development, dealing with clients/situations/emotions and general life advice... It's almost like therapy haha. For me it has been so good to hear from other vets and some amazingly accomplished people and to hear their struggles and how they got through kinda makes you realize that everyone goes through shit and that it's all normal and OK (I.e stress, burnout, imposter syndrome etc). Beyond that some of the people you have on are just so interesting and almost inspires/broadens your thinking as to what's out there both professionally and in mindset/ways of viewing the world.
The clinical series is hands down the best continuing education source I've come across for actually getting the stuff you want to know (or didn't even know you wanted to know!) into your head! I've always struggled with motivation to pick up a textbook after work and there is so much to learn it's hard to know where to start. But the clinical ones are so engaging, practical and interesting with such good experts that I look forward to new episodes each week. Even though half of the info you end up forgetting, you know that you have listened to something on the topic and it's so easy to pull up the show notes (especially now they are all on the Google drive folder) and at least sound smart to the clients haha. So many times have helped me out but for sure recently after literally finishing the series on GDV's on the drive to work THAT morning the classic 5pm Friday gdv came in and although I'd only done 1 previously (which did not go well) found myself being the one who knew what to do! (this one is still alive -)
Keep doing what you are doing, it will 100% be helping so many people in the vet industry and I'm sure somewhere it has probably even saved someone's life with the mental health aspect.
